It is a pity that you cannot place 0 stars because this organization deserves that They offer you a very nice vacation spot for a not so high price. It all sounds nice and you are going to book. Then you will be told a week later that someone else had just booked half an hour earlier and that this organization has canceled your holiday. You think that place stinks until you find out that this house is still available on the same date, in other words, they just sew you because you think you can book a nice holiday while that is not even possible because it is already booked but it is still standing online. So don't book with this bad organization !!!!!!

I was looking for a home for the family reunion. I had found some nice options on the site. The questions I had about it were answered in a very friendly manner by an employee. Based on this experience, I will definitely book again through this company.

Definitely don't get involved with these guys! Never had such unfriendly customer service on the line and they just hang you up. Groepen.nl takes the seat of RIVM and says that today (October 2, 2020) you can just sit in a house with 15 people from 6 households and therefore will not get any money back. Not so! Incidentally, the landlord also indicates that the reservation may not go ahead, but Groepen.nl still withholds the money. And hanging up the phone is obviously too hopeless!

When contacted by telephone about the cancellation of our accommodation, we were treated very rude and even hung up during the conversation! In times of Corona, everyone has a hard time and sometimes the rules are not nice, but I think you can still stay polite and explain everything calmly.

Helpful and (very) fast response from customer service. Clear platform for all types of groups. Brings in contact quickly between tenant and landlord.
