I came here to pick up ordered shoes through the website. It took them a while to find the shoes. I was allowed to fit them in the store, but nowhere about a seat or so so I just sit on a ladder. Not very tolerant in terms of customer friendliness

Do not go!! This shop is unsafe, staff do not maintain 1.5 meters. Children run around uncontrollably. If you speak to the staff about this, they give reasons such as, people should pay attention to this themselves etc !! Ridiculous, this is about human lives. I call on everyone not to go to Scapino tiel, if your life is dear to you ... I will never come again anyway .. Certainly not with such staff ...
