Super ervaring😍
I always come here to spend hundreds of euros for the maintenance of my Mercedes of now 3 years old. Now I just drove by because of superficial rust spots on the exhaust tailpipes. Last time also visited before. At the time, the employee took a cloth and some polish and the spots were gone. Very nice that that was possible in terms of service. But now there was an employee who did not have time to get a cloth, even though I said that I would like to clean it myself if necessary. The gentleman said I had to buy polish myself.
Very unfortunate, it takes you just 2 minutes to get it. And it is a bit of service that you can expect after all those maintenance visits and for a Mercedes that shows places after 3 years.
Disappointed and like I was at a cheap garage. I need a new set of tires, but I will order this elsewhere. Next time I will also go to Groningen for maintenance. At the Groningen location they are not that difficult to provide some extra service.
