Don't stick to the agreements. Was interested in a car. I could send some photos at the end position and then I would hear something. Well time flew ..... final position to call something for 5 gentleman was in the car etc .... but would still let me know that day. Next day ... I post messages again but nothing sir reads messages but does not respond. As a customer I have to go after contact. While the gentleman had promised to inform me. Inappropriate...

Friendly and honest! Talked to Mr. Boekema several times. Is able to strike a good balance between business, but keeps an eye on the 'issues' and concerns of the customer. Whatever may be said about the car industry: this company is friendly and honest.
