Nothing to criticize about the action. The man is friendly and has patience. We had also bought a car here (unfortunately without warranty) and the turbo was broken within 2 weeks. I did send a message to the man and did not get an answer after having the car for a month, half of the electronics and the adjustment motor for 1 of the air blowers also stopped working (here also no more energy to send a message answer you don't get it) now half a year later the egr valve is broken. The fact that after six months the gentleman does nothing to the EGR valve is of course also understandable. But I had hoped for more from the service. All in all, a bad buy
