Seems very nice and sweet when you talk to them on the phone. But when it comes to appointments, ho ho. Not calling back and then having misunderstood, I was almost without printing while a client had a deadline. At least make an effort to solve a problem from their side, but apparently this is asking too much? Fortunately, there are Printers in Groningen who are ready for their customers and keep their appointment. Never do business with Belplast again!
