Ordered more than a week before Christmas and item arrived 4 January. Was the kids’ Christmas present so pretty much a disaster. We had called beginning of December and it was in stock with no delivery problems. As compensation for the awful service the boys got a baseball cap with the company logo on it. Not really making up for the disappointment at Christmas.

Such lousy service. I want to make everyone aware of the way of working. Bought a Greywood jacuzzi from this party, it turned out that the jacuzzi was completely leaking. Do expect a neat solution from de Boer Drachten, but no, they will literally send you to Intex. Pay money to their service, however, and now I also have to wait a long time before Intex responds and / or they replace the jacuzzi. Really bad company, people please DO NOT do business with them.
