Let me first say that what is now finally connected works fine. The reason I give two stars has purely to do with how I am treated as a customer. That is the reason that it has become not 1, but 2 stars. At GévierDales I bought my bathroom furniture, because it was said from the contractor that my bathroom there for delivery would sit completely. "Top!" I thought to myself then. However, upon completion I had a bathroom without a sink and mirror. When I asked the foreman what the reason was that the bathroom was unfinished, he could not answer this. The following days I received a response from the contractor about the cause of the missing mirror and sink: the mirror was a dent in it, and the sink was delivered wrong. Both problems that according to the installer of the bathroom are related to the delivery. On this basis I contacted the showroom of Gevierdales. Indicated that I want to complain. The lady on the phone told me that this problem lies with the installer and the sales department. Since the installer has already indicated that this has been a delivery problem, the lady asked for a telephone number for the sales department. She indirectly refused this, repeating that I had to complain about this to the installer or the contractor. This makes no sense for me. I buy a bathroom from a party that refuses to take responsibility for a product they sold directly to me. They collect the money, but refuse to take responsibility when something goes wrong? Bad business policy, and also very bad towards the customer. For me, however, it is quite simple: GévierDales sells me bathroom furniture, so GévierDales is responsible for what is or is not present in my bathroom. That is why I blame GévierDales for not having my bathroom finished by appointment. And I could have lived with it if they had informed me before the delivery of my home about the reason why my bathroom is not yet finished. I can live with delivery problems, but I think the disrespectful treatment of me as a customer is shameless. The products sold by GévierDales are generic products that can also be purchased elsewhere from another party. So my advice to others who are looking for a new bathroom: Go to a party that does take responsibility for what they should deliver.
