No words for how my mother was treated here. There was no need to send her to the hospital, we as children called the ambulance and insisted that she go to the hospital. Once in the hospital, we were told that if they had been there 2 days later, she would not have been there. Never received an apology, deeply sad.

First of all, I am (over and over again) contacted by telephone very unfriendly: I am supposed to feel honored that I can make an appointment with my doctor at all. Secondly, the general practitioner is not a human being: no warmth or empathy. Arrogance everywhere. What an unpleasant experience I have with this practice!
