It was recently said at the desk that my medications / cream would be in the health insurance package. So I didn't have to pay for it. I explicitly asked for this, I pay so much premium and normally never use medication. What does my astonishment afterwards like? a bill from my health insurance after all! I called them and they said that in this case the GP practices would make a correction note. Unfortunately, they do not admit their mistake. I should have known it would be off my deductible, they say. I don't know the Healthcare Act, do you? Can't admit their mistake, very sorry. After telephone contact again a bad service and no compensation.
