On behalf of my mother: the way in which you helped with choosing flowers for a funeral ceremony was very pleasant to us. Despite the difficult situation (with 4 people, sorting out from the door because of corona) you had all the patience, thought along, indicated options, called to see if it had arrived and the result was beautiful. Apparently, having a conversation with a potential future employee is more important than helping customers ..... too bad
