Appointment at 11:00 am. Ran out to 11:30 am we had to wait outside in the drizzly rain. Once it was my turn, my children were sent away for going off the chair for a while. Children were actually not welcome at all, but I have not read this anywhere. I was not allowed to look between the dresses myself. That said for me. 1st fit should be fun and not as bad as I have experienced. So unfortunately my rating is 1 star. 0 if possible.

I also whined when I came home ... I experienced the first appointment as pleasant, but not the appointments afterwards ... unfortunately I was already attached to my dress ... yesterday was very bad ... I therefore completely join among the people who give this bridal shop and owner Lydia a 1 star rating ... in addition, Lydia humiliated her seamstress in front of me ... the seamstress was just embarrassed ... pressured .. .which I stood in ... I felt deeply sorry for the seamstress .... the seamstress did a good job and was very friendly ... all praise to the seamstress ... Furthermore, I agree that Lydia is not customer friendly .... not helpful .... is compelling .... has no time .... there is no turning back at Lydia ... all in all a bad had experience with Lydia ... afterwards I would have liked to go to another bridal store ...

Today received super welcoming and friendly. You immediately feel a kind of "home". It is listened to what you do and do not want. Within an hour found my dress! I recommend this case to anyone (even great sizes). Finished with a glass of champagne and went home with a great feeling.

Been for the 2nd time today. Also my future husband came in, after I had fitted my dress again, and we also picked a suit for him. During both visits I was kindly received, people were thinking, we were offered a drink with a small treat. Time was taken for me / us and there was also an opportunity for a social chat. During my first visit the two mothers were with me and my daughter, who would choose her dress at a different time, but given that she was so enthusiastic, she was even allowed to wear a dress to feel and experience it at that moment. On the mail I had sent with some additional questions, I received a neat telephone message. She found this a bit easier and more personal. I am satisfied so far And would recommend this bridal shop.
