Really friendly and helpful!
Top service
Very expensive! Repair was more than 600 euros, at another I lost 150. Have it re-examined within 2 weeks, I thought on the points that needed to be repaired. But because I did not have it repaired by mercury fit, they did the entire inspection again, and I also had to pay for the full inspection again.
Good fast service without an appointment and cheaper than a quote.
Contact KwikFit about the repair of my car. Called first, and the guy I got on the phone came across as unfriendly / cranky.
Made an appointment with him so they could see what exactly was broken. The same idea upon arrival as for the telephone conversation. Authoritarian and unfriendly. Maybe he just had a bad day, but you don't have to take that out on customers!
The employee came with a cost of € 450 for a new middle silencer. I lost € 200 less at another garage. No at KwikFit Drachten I will never come back !!
