Great view, friendly, complicated system to order drinks and food. Kitchen not great. They could do a lot better at such a great location.
Strange place. Good food but one in our group got a massive allergic reaction even though the chef insisted the food was gluten free. They offered her a room for the night for free but we payed full price for the food. Guess we should be happy with that offer? You decide yourself. For ordering the food they gave us an tablet with kind of like a MC Donalds like way of ordering the food. In my opinion very unsuitable for a quality restaurant. I'd like to talk to a waiter when I order my food so I can ask questions and such. It also was quite chaotic and time consuming to figure out the menu on the tablet/ iPad. 3 times we had to call the waiter for a question. Would have been so much easier and customer friendly to just write down our order in the first place.
Very nice Spot to enjoy a Drink or a coffee and ‚appelgebak med slaagroom‘ on the terrace watching the boats on the canal
Room and service was very good. The food was excellent. Housekeeping was excellent.
The room service cleans good. You have a lot of choises at the breakfast. Every worker is nice to you. The room I was in had two tv's and one radio. The shampoo gets refilled every day.
