Worthless how long you have to hang on the phone. My friend called for him himself, was on the line for almost an hour, nobody on the line, so he hung up. So I was on the line for almost half an hour. The answer is no, ma'am, we have to talk to the patient himself (since this was not possible because he is isolated in his bedroom, corona). With the question whether they would like to call him back themselves, no, ma'am, then we will not, we have more on the phone in the queue. As if he and I were calling bagpipes for Jan! No, he had to call again himself, hang on the line for another hour, certainly, costs per minute will continue. In short, WORTHLESS !!!!

Costs 10 cents a minute and leaves you on hold. Spotted calling after 15 minutes, so I didn't even have a conversation !!

Those waiting times are completely absurd. Had to call two weeks ago on a Saturday night and was also on hold for 30 minutes. And then also 0900 number. Considering the other reviews of over a year old where this was also a problem, apparently little has improved.

The name is very appropriate. You are put on hold, and you wait there until you weigh an ounce. So unreachable (and therefore expensive, because 0.10 per minute).

2x an hour on the line and nobody to catch yet! And that story you keep hearing is just annoying! Do there is something to call people not for fun but to be helped
