Very unprofessional, does not keep agreements and moreover, I have been spoken to very unfriendly several times.

Nobody showed up after making an appointment. I had to call after it myself and was treated very unfriendly. There was also no contribution in a solution: very useful if you have a leak. Disappointing!

On Sunday morning super fast helped by the nice gentleman so we were not in the cold anymore. Where we at other (large) companies were allowed to wait until Monday because we were not a customer, the gentleman of Van der Pol did. The first thing he got out of the car was an electric heater so that it became more bearable in the house. And then the boiler was made very quickly. Super service!
