Excellent hotel.

The worst hotel ever! Under no circumstances stay in it! Stay away from it as far as possible. or you will be lied to, ripped off and will ever get a refund or credit for charges your had never incurred. We had to take an urgent family matter related trip and had to transition thru Amsterdam Schiphol to take a next day flight to our destination. So we booked a room in that hotel as it was right across the airport building. Unfortunately we were not allowed out of the airport transit area for overnight stay by the authorities. So we called the hotel manager, explained the situation and asked for refund or at least a credit. The manager told us that because we booked thru bookings.com he would definitely help us and refund or or credit what we paid but couldn't because it wasn't booked directly. That, of course was a pure lie! We called the agent at booking.com and he told us that it was up to the manager to give us a refund or credit. We called the manger again and now, after being caught lying, he told us that the he will not change or re-fund the booking. So he simply didn't want to return the money. It's a shame that a at the time when all big airlines and other companies do their best to help simple people to get thru the pandemic, Sheraton Hotels wouldn't do as little as refund the measly one night charge to people in difficult situation. They are really good example of a of one of those big greedy corporations that in time of global disaster would non the less try to squeeze as much as possible from little people.

Great rooms and service. Not convenient to town, but very convenient to the train and airport.

Friendly staff and convenient to be staying at the airport. My room had the hotel view however there is a airport view option as well
