Beautifully built station, one of the oldest in the netherlands. Deserves a more critical framing though, it was built with the profits of colonialism. Some plaquards/info boards about this would be a good step. Has all the facilities you need and everything is clear and clean
Pretty little station. The majority of the building is behind the ticket gates. There are two separate hallways on the ground floor that have entrances on both sides. They both go to all platforms but something to keep in mind as you might find it confusing!
There are a number of small shops dotted around the outside of the building, and a very large amount of bicycle parking. Inside the station there is a small gift shop and a library.
Beautiful city, lots of shops, nice restaurants, cheerful people, good police, well organized public transport. This is a good city to go, and find more information about the Dutch History!
