On returning home, this organization made every effort not to pay the deposit. First it was emailed that the bathroom cabinet was damaged. When an email about the cleaning, apparently you have to leave the chalet spotless, despite paying a cleaning fee of 50 euros. Then another email that there were mosquitoes on the ceiling. This organization is anything but customer-friendly.

Vakantie-Chalets-Makkum. Unfortunately our chalet wasn't nice at all!

Very nice facility. We stayed in Chalet U 7. Very neat, nicely furnished, lots of space outside.
