I would pick up a package at the blocker (post nl collection point) I arrived around 11.00 in the morning where I was told that my package was not there yet and I had to come back around 15: 00/17: 00 .. I am then went back at 3:30 pm where I see that the lights go out and the door is closed .. so I called and asked if they want to see if my package is there or not .. where the employee on the phone said that I could come back on Monday I find it very strange why it says on google and on the door of the shop that they are open from 8.30am to 5.00pm and then close at 3.30pm ..
