1 star because you have to. Buying is fine, but they don't want service and setup. Fortunately at Vodafone Sneek on the Oisterwijk excellent help, even though I am not a customer of them
WERE IN THE STORE ON 2 JULY 2019 BECAUSE THE SIM ONLY TELFORT SUBSCRIPTION HAD TO BE TURNED TO SIM ONLY KPN SUBSCRIPTION. THE ADVICE FOR ME WAS: 2 GB DATA AND 150 BELMINUTS, (COULD NOT TAKE ANY MORE, DATA AND BELMINUTS, FOR THE NEXT MONTH) PRICE 19.00 EURO PER MONTH. THIS APPEARED TO ME. IN THE EVENING LOGGED INTO MY TELFORT ACCOUNT, THE SAME PACKAGE 2 YEARS SUBSCRIPTION FOR 12.50 EUROS PER MONTH (CAN ALWAYS, YET, TAKE DATA AND BELMINUTS, TO THE NEXT MONTH) AND STILL 2 YEARS AT TELFORT. WHAT IS A ADVICE IN THE STORE VALUE? DOGGE JO YOUR FOARDIEL OF MAR MAY, SOE I SIZZE! ........................ KLAAS AUKE MUNICIPAL FRYSLAN ........ YOUTUBE.
Puc number on your SIM card, I was told by a very rude teenager behind the counter. Was written on a piece of torn paper and in other words ... I was allowed to figure it out myself. The adolescent looked at me as if I am the undergraduate and socially inept.
