Super service
Absolutely terrible service. I handed a lease car back 2 months ago. Staff did not submit the correct paperwork. They largely ignore my emails, they have not provided me with a final statement. THE CAR IS STILL ON MY RDW REGISTRATION. They promise to remove it but never do. I have to hope and pray nothing happens with that car, the legal hoops I will have to jump will be extreme. I have only had the worst experience during the lease too. Rude service staff, a price increase without warning, not answering emails. I have warned many people against leasing from them. I now face having to get legal assistance to remove this car from my registration. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Super service
Despite the crowds due to the cold weather, I receive excellent and friendly help. Error message in the car is neatly resolved and in between I will be kept informed of the progress and how long it will take. Good coffee and wifi in the showroom and car ready 15 minutes earlier. Great service, keep it up.
