With clear prior consultation, a free update from Volvo would be carried out. Without consultation, an unsolicited fault finding is done while the fault was already reported by me in advance. And then ask for the main prize afterwards. Watch out, you probably have to pay 20 euros to use the toilet! Obviously, staff have had a customer mediation course and are applying it very aggressively. Good example that official dealers have a bad reputation!
