Some time ago ordered the Hunter poop bag holder for the dog leash. It is a nice sturdy product. We are very satisfied with the delivery and quality of the product. In the future we will order items for our dog here more often.

Unreasonable service. I order size M, I receive size XXL and I still have to pay the return costs myself ?! I try to tell my story nicely on the phone but I am constantly interrupted. Apparently I spoke to the owner of Petsonline named Dave Schenk but this was anything but professional.

The collar that was ordered looked nice and good, but the size was not correct at all. The dog's neck should be properly measured in advance (38 cm) and according to the measurements on the website, this slip collar (size S-M: 35-40 cm) should therefore be quite tight around the neck. Too bad but unfortunately, with the collar on I could slide it over the dog's head. So everything returned. I do not find that people have to pay the shipping costs themselves for return, but it is done more often, so I accept. However, there is no return form in your package and you will have to search for this yourself on the website and then print it yourself. Sending orders is done quickly, customer-friendliness with regard to returns can still be achieved. At least enough for me to look elsewhere first next time .. Response to owner: I know how a slip collar works. This is not the first time that I use such a tire. However, the slip collar of hunter (solid education) cannot be completely extended like a slip chain because an extra ring is attached in the band that prevents the band from being pulled all the way. I also know how to measure the neck of my dog. He is 7 years old and this is really not the first collar I bought for him. Size S-M is for a neck circumference of 35 - 40 cm. My dog's neck size is 36 cm so this band should fit according to the size chart. Because it cannot be put on completely, it does not fit. is too big and can still be pulled over my dog's head. I have attached a picture of the collar. The ring where the leather tag is attached prevents the collar from being fully put on, as is the case with a slip chain.

Pleasant company, friendly service

had ordered a dr Bark dog cushion, did not arrive within the expected delivery time so that was a bit disappointing. product was also fine. There was a discount voucher of 5% for the next order, nice, so I considered ordering another dog pillow, but when I entered the discount code I turned out to get a 5% discount but also had to pay the shipping costs because for all orders below € 49 shipping costs have to be paid (and thanks to the discount I was therefore under that € 49). Email sent, but now (2 wks later) have not received any response. As far as I'm concerned, it stays with this one-time order.
