Good service, but waiting 1 hour and 40 minutes takes too long. For replacing old straps to new straps. Had an appointment at 9 am and 10.40 am the car came off the bridge. By phone it was said half an hour / hour.

Not one month ago I had a summer check performed, according to your report everything was fine. Now 300 kilometers further I have come to a standstill with battery tech, the ANWB concludes that the battery should have been replaced long ago (149/300 = battery to be replaced). After calling about this, it appears that the previously performed summer check is of no use. As the employee indicates by telephone, this is 'just a snapshot'. According to this, leniency was therefore not an issue. Downright bad service and apparently guaranteed to the threshold. For me and the family no longer Kwikfit, nor the 'summer check'.

Anwb indicated that my battery had to be replaced and within an hour they had it fixed here.
