Super bad! After mounting the frames, it turned out that a window could not be opened completely. Mister has 'solved' this by cutting the tiles. There was also a dent in the bathtub where tools fell afterwards. After six months, both the electric motors of the shutters were broken. After an email and calling several times, one of which his wife answered with the promise that he would call back, nothing was heard from him. Now that another roller shutter expert came over, the old motors turned out to be far too weak for this size roller shutter and therefore not suitable!

Very bad experience. 10 years ago, had plastic frames installed and the problems immediately started. The right window started to leak during heavy rainfall. Called and appended countless times but unfortunately never had an answer back to a few years ago. Then they drilled a hole in the frame so that the rainwater could "drain away". Well this barely worked and to make matters worse, the rainwater came pouring in and destroyed the paneling in the bedroom. Last January contact with Mr. Den Mulder admitted after we called the insurance and a damage expert came to see. The judgment was that it was an assembly error from the company concerned. Mr. Den Mulder came by to check the damage and to make matters worse he dropped the window frame on the hunting cabinet. So the window is broken, the roller blind is damaged and the bedside table is broken. Mr. Den Mulder promised to do this quickly through his insurance. It is now April 23 and nothing has been replaced or reimbursed to date. Had contact several times via the app and first said that he has been on vacation for a number of days and has been sick for another 2 weeks. I therefore find it extremely outrageous that it is (not) treated in this way. Unfortunately, I have to try this way only to get some progress in this matter. Kind regards, Mr. M. Tetteroo

If it was easier to get in touch with the person concerned it would be 5 stars. Quality and craftsmanship is top! Prices were below the standard door specialist so definitely recommended. In my experience, the best way to contact us is email and whatsapp
