Dear Madam, Sir,
At your jewelry store in Stadskanaal where I bought a watch on January 12, 2021, 3:39 PM and the young lady is an asset to your company, I went to your jewelry store yesterday afternoon, February 23, 2021, to place my watch strap and link.
The young man present and a young lady present there addressed the young man nicely to me and tried to place the link which apparently did not work and the question to the young lady who in my opinion and noticeably placed the link.
Which struck me noticeably and visually as I generally had a conversation that I was trying to address to the young lady she there apparently did not appreciate and apart from the young man and was completely ignored.
As I already reported on my first meeting with your jewelry store and the young lady I had a good feeling about it and so reported the second not really.
The fact that I am informing you of this is not that the young lady has an obligation to have a conversation with me, but at the very least has the courtesy to give a customer that feeling in a store and certainly yours that they are pleasantly welcomed and are desired.
You duly informed you of my displeasure about this.
