Last May me and my husband got married. We ordered our wedding rings from Momentum and they were neatly delivered. Until my ring wasn't right. I went back and then it was said if I had bought the ring here I would not have to pay extra. After two weeks I picked up the ring and had to pay 70 euros. I asked the reason for this and Anneke treated me anything but friendly. Maybe I was fatter or held moisture, but well I thought I pay then I am rid of it. Unfortunately, it was only then that the real trouble began. The engraving was cut out, they had to see if they could do it, this took 6 weeks. Not much has happened within these six weeks. They did not have the engraving in it and could not be returned. Block letters could, but I did not want them, I had not chosen. Finally after a long discussion with Anneke she said that the ring could be returned, but I had to pay 30 euros. Then we were completely done with it, we had paid over 1000 euros for the rings and had to add 100 euros for their bad work. All couples who are getting married look for another jeweler, you don't want this stress after you get married. The other staff went above and beyond and were friendly. Unfortunately, the owner is not customer-friendly. We called the consumer association and they thought it was a strange story. She advised to find another jeweler who could do a good job. All in all, not recommended!

Bought a new watch today, and put a battery in my old watch. I was kindly helped, and if the band would become too big or too small. I could always come back, and I'm glad to hear that.

They do not want to measure a ring size if you cannot indicate in advance whether you actually want to buy a ring in the store. Very customer unfriendly. Furthermore, an excellent jeweler.

Not all employees have the desired knowledge. We were also told that resizing a ring was included, which was no longer the case after resizing. The ring is also discolored after size. It was said that this was the case. All in all I just thought that was a bit of a shame with a ring of 160 euros. Furthermore, they are customer-friendly people.
