After numerous visits and extensive contact, this is what I can tell you about my experiences with this shop and it's owners and employees so far: - Friendly staff that really do their best to assist and accommodate your wishes to the best of their abilities - Affable, knowledgeable, and open-minded owners - Beautifully displayed and quality wares - Aforementioned wares are typically not comparable to cheaper internet pricings, yet you will not get the royal experience and same level of service from there either I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy good quality jewelry items in a safe and luxiourious manner.

They told me they could not resize my ring without it losing it's color, went to a different jewelry place and they did it just fine with very minor color loss. They also told me it fit good enough, but after deciding to resize it at the other place I can tell you it was not "good enough" before. They did repair my watches wristband just fine and did so quickly, but then again that was just a broken pin.

Quiet shop is open but only for repairs and I believe that with appointments I always help you nicely thanks

We had holes in the ears there. The ladies were very friendly. My daughter came out proud with her beautiful earrings😊
