Nice place to visit for the extensive ceramics museum including lovely tableaus of tiles made in the past to commemorate events. But also a very nice shop where they sell amongst many other things the famous vase with the outline of the Netherlands (or the US, or various Dutch provinces and some towns). Worth a ride to faraway Nieuw-Buinen.

Nice museum and factory. You can see how to make pottery and veschilderd. Nice tiles, dishes and especially the cow and the vase!
