If you like nature this is a nice place. But the most beautiful tree in Drenthe does not say much in itself. The most beautiful pig in the stable is just a pig. A beautiful tree though, but when I got there I really had to look around to see if there were any nicer ones. "No? Then this must be me." It's a nice place yes, but I've seen nicer trees. And if you haven't been there, you don't know. So go and have a look anyway.

Of het daadwerkelijk de mooiste boom is durf ik niet te zeggen, het winterse weer was nog volop aanwezig en zodoende was de boom nog kaal. Ik zal er hoogzomer nog eens naar gaan kijken. Imposant is ie zeker wel.
