it has happened to us for the umpteenth time that our bed linen is returned full of stains. The excuse is always because of the ironer. It will probably be but we are going to another dry cleaner. Sorry, because we are very fond of the lovely ladies of the store.

The first load was that I brought to them I got back with someone else's shirt and my favorite shirt was gone. When I went to the store to ask if they could see if my shirt was found at the location where the laundry was done, I was told that it was impossible that my shirt was gone because all the laundry was done in a machine (this explains why everything white was now gray!) I asked how it was possible that I could find someone else's shirt in my wash. "yes very special" and I could do it with that. I was casually called a fantastic, and no serious attempt was made to find my shirt. "If we find it, we'll let you know" and then don't even ask for contact information. I understand that things can go wrong, but I do not understand how they deal with this. I then went 3 doors further to the dry cleaner.
