The owner was very sweet and kind. We were a bit lost but he guided. We needed to get the laundry early in the morning today, and the owner was already waiting outside! Best of success for this business! (:

Completely forgotten about my jacket, so I got my jacket 5 days later. It then turned out that we had not made a clear price agreement in advance, so I was shocked by the price, which incidentally did not correspond at all with the estimate in advance. Also not very fond of the attitude of the employee in the store, and this is not my first time. Zipper is also well made and jacket clean. No more Dolphin for me. I advise everyone who does go to make clear agreements.

Two items of clothing brought away for steaming. One of the two items of clothing that I received was deformed and not yet clean. After I pointed out to the owner his incompetent behavior and he could not turn out, he started screaming like a little baby. Not at all satisfied with the service that is given and very disappointed that I got the item back in worse condition when I brought it.

Very nice people and very knowledgeable. Go beyond their service than I would expect. Also because it is just around the corner from my work, I will certainly bring my stuff here more often.
