A good location but very much a budget hotel. Sadly without budget prices. The room was clean and spacious but nothing in the way of home comforts. Camp bed for the 3rd bed should you need it. Horrendously steep and narrow staircase up to the rooms. The breakfast was just about adequate. Smallest boiled eggs on the planet. The slices of meat were not divisible by the number of occupants (less than 2 small slices per person). Cheese managed 1 each. Plenty of bread but all supermarket stuff. No artisan bread in sight. Seems to be running the place with as little effort as possible.

Horrible experience and management. The owner goes to bed early and absolutely refused to let us stay the night when we arrived at 11 for our reservation. Nothing like being left out in the cold after a long day. Unbelievable.

Good service, nice hosts. Nice rooms (though bathrooms are a bit lackluster) and good breakfast. Altogether solid
