Hygiene was poor (fingernail on bedside table, hair in bath & toilet...), despite COVID19 "countermeasures". The room was outdated and different to the one as presented on the website.
When I confronted the staff being disappointed about the room she said the room is up to standards of a 2-star hotel. Well, when paying 4-star price for 2-star room with 1-star hygiene leaves me with a 1 star rating.
the so called more comfortable rooms are tiny, you need to have the door open to be able to even sit on the toilet (in a 90degree angle), it was dusty, not well cleaned, even though it was freezing, they put out the heating during the day (I had put it up). so it was freezing every first part of the night, reception was more than not friendly and not helpful and only oriented at their own profit, without any interest in the wellbeing of the guest. eg when I told her about the heating she laughed at me, told me I wouldn‘t look that frozen (normal, second half of the night it was finally warm) and she yelled (!) she has important stuff to do and no time for stupid questions.
plus it was expensive for what I got (75euro per night). I had originally booked the cheaper (25euros) room but due to a system problem it wasn‘t free anymore. What a nice surprise at arrival... no way for change nor refund...
Good location, the owner is amazing , allowed us a very late check-in
Nice cozy place .. location is great .
The room is nice but the location of shower and the toilet in the bathroom is pretty odd.For 1 night it's okay but I wouldn't recommend for more than 1 night.
