Even apart from staff with the IQ below 0, getting up to speed and daring to sell rejected products is the worst. Example: the size XL of a particular brand is smaller than the size L of the same brand and model T-shirt. Another model shirt is discolored and is being sold that way. Must say: doing business this way not only brings down the name of The Stone, but also sure of the premium brands they claim to sell. Of course you will not get money back :). Why would you buy something here if service is provided elsewhere ?!
What I also find very disturbing here is that the manager who is clearly gay (nothing wrong with that, by the way) is always looking at female customers in a way that a male colleague would be clearly addressed. A good advice: try to drool a little less and offer a little more service to customers :). Really, too sad for words ...

So customer unfriendly! Really terrible, there is no greeting or smile. PLEASE do something different if you don't like your job and you can't deal with people.
Corona measures consist of masking the middle entrance. Inside the shop itself, nothing is observed, fitting rooms are all open side by side, no walkways mapped out, scaffolding crammed together so that even if you do not want to stand next to someone, you will not be given the opportunity to keep the 1.5 meters away. .. in a word: horribly so irresponsible.
