if you do not want to waste your child's school year, do not register for this school

The best school in the area for my children. Great atmosphere, committed teachers, a dedicated team and a director who is always there for you. You feel welcome at this school. The school has a waiting list, for good reason. I am happy with this choice of school for my children.

The teachers are not capable enough to teach children. They are more concerned with keeping x number of children in school than teaching. Management fully supports the team without checking whether the team is doing well or not. So responding to parents is unfortunately not important for management.

Very good school A Amad's review is her own fault. Her child was always violent and beat other children. It is a great school my oldest went to HAVO

Not only the way of teaching makes a school better than other schools. Dealing with children, parents and dealing with conflicts / problems is just as crucial. Taking this into account, I come to the conclusion that the primary school Nutsschool Woonstede gets one star from me (because giving 0 stars is not an option). My child was beaten in class (bruised) a few times and the teacher had no idea that anything had happened at all. I had reported the situation to the teacher twice in vain as she had apparently not noticed anything. The third time I discussed the incident with the principal. To my surprise, her advice to me was to look for another school. This is how problems within Nutsschool Woonstede are solved. So parents don't be surprised if your child is bullied at school and the teacher is unaware of anything. There is also no point in taking steps, as the school does not want to tackle the problem. In the interest of my child and in response to the special advice from the principal, I immediately collected my child from this primary school. As far as education is concerned, I would like to mention that about half of the children in groups 1-2 continue to preschool one year longer. This is not done on the basis of the test results, because Nutsschool Woonstede does not administer cito tests in group 1-2. On the basis of the teacher's judgment (who is not always aware of what is going on in the classroom) it is determined whether a child will stay seated or transfer to group 3. My child was also among the children who were in group one year longer. 1-2 had to stay. At my child's new school he took the Cito test and was placed in grade 3 based on his test results. Furthermore, this school has a fundraising campaign every quarter. The subsidies from the municipalities are apparently not sufficient for the insufficient education that is provided. In the absence of a teacher, no raid is arranged but the parents are asked to keep the child at home. Children who do come are allowed to spend the day in another class. In short: Nutsschool Woonsteden does not excel in terms of teaching, dealing with children and parents and solving problems.
