I'm very pleased with "Rotterdam Positief" and have been coming back every year for the past 4 and will be returning next year. Stephanie takes the time to explain, has a good knowledge of her work and (if needed) her English is excellent, all this for a very good price.

I have very good experiences with Rotterdam Positive. Besides the fact that Stephanie is very friendly and social. She is also expert in her work. She has always helped me well with my tax affairs. She always goes out of her way for you. If she does not know something then she just says it honestly and then will find out everything for you. In short, a must and not expensive. Stephanie Thanks.

Yes, every company has to deal with people who would like to kick someone who is very knowledgeable in her work, also known to the tax authorities, and I was told that by staff from the rotterdam tax authorities. I have had her for 8 years as a bookkeeper and that someone so honest can be disgraced by someone, I can hardly stand that, so I really had to post this. And for me full of 5 stars. ronald mirer

Unfortunately no positive experience, Rotterdam works positively with a minute system (it turned out afterwards). After much unclear contact, I lost unnecessary money and the requested tax returns were not made. Advice for customers in the future make an offer in advance so that you know where you are at! Also make a physical appointment, because mail or app are also charged costs, the contact is not clearer.
