Great experience with Europcar Rotterdam airport, needed to pick the car up after opening hours, no problem. Needed a car with winter tyres, no problem. They assisted me very friendly and checked by phone if all was ok. Even returning the car was checked by them as I brought back the car out of office hours and got a final check up call by Kevin. Great experience, travelling has become already so difficult with all the Corona stuff flying around but this was a highlight. Thanks, Wim

Last May, my husband and I rented a car from Europcar from France. This was done online and also paid directly via the credit card. Arriving at the airport, we rushed to the (distant) kind of temporary Europcar desk which, as we were assured, would be manned until 5.30pm. We were there at 5.18 pm and started calling a telephone number (sign with perspective number on the desk) at 5.25 pm because there was still no one from Europcar present. Nobody ever came and we had to rent a car through another organization. We have never been refunded the money already paid to Europcar despite proof that we were present well before 5.30 pm. Scam and very poor service. NO WORDS for.
