The driver arrived on time to pick me up, however, he gave me the runaround the entire city before dropping me off at my destination. What should have been a 10 euro ride ended up being 25. I know this because I've taken the same route before with other cabs, and it was never this much. Will not be using this service again.

Overpricing!!! 5 mins travel no traffic , the driver bill us 16,50euro omg , that is a scammed!!! He told me e 15 euro and i pay pin he Put 16,50 euro, when i checked my bank transaction thats when i knew it ! Never again

Imagine; you missed your last tram after work. You have to take the last train to Rotterdam and take a cab to the other side of the city so you can finally sleep at home. It’s almost 3AM and after three calls there is still no cab to be seen and the RTC guy on the phone says ‘O, I can’t find your reservation’. Tomorrow another workday but it won’t be another reservation at RTC.

Good thing you decided to read the reviews first. Now you know you will get scammed if you order a taxi from these people. DO NOT ORDER YOUR TAXI HERE.

Prepaid a taxi day before for early morning train connection. Didn’t arrive. Called. “Yeah, we have your order, but there are no free cabs.” Had to run around the city at 5am with kids and luggage to catch a passing by cab.
