Bullied me into taking optional insurance coverage, added charges I did not agree to (location fee) and provided service which can be described as apathetic at best. Avoid at all costs, I will not be using Avis again.

when you see people in front of you being treated respectfully, friendly and professional you think: ‘aw these people are kind people’(Caucasian man). When it was my turn the same employee all of the sudden changend in to a grumpy, rude man. Is it the color of my skin? I cannot find the reason why you would threat me different. I had all my documents and i tried to be very friendly like always. I guess you can have a nice rental experience but be aware: some employees don’t treat everybody the same.

Good cars and good service when picking up the car, drop off could be improved. Dropping the car off in Rotterdam is fairly easy however if you drop the car off at the airport or the Hague they give no information whatsoever on where to park it. There's no one you can call after 18.00 so you're left to figure it out somehow. Also they should provide information on the fuel type of the car (could not find info on this anywhere in the car, at least put a sticker next to where you put in the gas nozzle).
