I bought a rat there afterwards I found an abscess on his neck and I contacted them that I want some kind of recompensation because I had to treat him with antibiotics they asked if I want to exchange the rat as if it were a thing, while you know that they would not treat him, then I heard that they are about thinking and that I would horem some back then they never contacted me again I was completely ignored
