They sent me the wrong order! 80 pouches of dog food instead of cat food! When I called customer service, they were quick to send me a return label but less forthcoming about how/when I could/would get the correct food!

It is a bad animal store because it sends out expired products .. Be careful please I have received expired products .. And customer service does not answer

It is outrageous that you pay 4.50 shipping costs and a heavy bulk surcharge of 12 euros for a bag of cat litter. Will be added automatically, so pay attention when you order here, because it becomes quite an expensive bag compared to other online things. Not 21 euros for 2 bags of 10.50 per bag but 37.50 per bag, so 17.75. Fortunately, I realized it on time
