Worst place to take your dog to.

I used to take my dog to be groomed in this store. I loved their services, but today my shih tzu came home with a cut on his chest, caused by the shearing machine.

I used to love the shop as I came there to buy things for my dog, however the last time I came there the staff was so rude and unwelcoming that I am not going to use this shop any longer. Your staff should be more client oriented as shops can’t survive without clients.

Very unfriendly and arrogant staff. I guess because we are foreigners? Never coming back...

Very complete store in Rotterdam for all kind of animals, dog, cats, parrots, rabbits. They have a large range of products and prices. You can also have an account and save points and discounts when buying food for your pets. Regularly they offer discounts too.
