In the 1960s films were shown here for the children in the neighborhood during the summer holidays. A sound car drove through the district to announce this. I also remember that vaccinations were organized in the church ... long lines of trembling children waiting for the jab with huge needles. But because it took place in the church it was never so bad, the fear proved wrong and there was no pain afterwards. There was always comfort.
