Change machine gives too little back. Called owner, says to trade after weekend, while I still had laundry that I had to dry. Owner acted very unprofessional, I ended the conversation with that he can keep the change. Despite this, the gentleman is bothering me via SMS, with his so-called rules of how he works. It stinks inside, can hardly breathe through the sewage smell. A number of dryers and washing machine are broken. PEOPLE DO NOT WASH OR DRY YOUR CLOTHES HERE !!!!!! You will really regret this.

Machine does not refund money. Also swallowed money several times and get no money back. Am not the only one, several people complain about it, but nothing will be done about it! Bad service.

Bad service. Machines never work. Cash machine does not change. Door always closes at 19h00 while it says that you can walk in until 19h30. This is really the worst laundry facility in Rotterdam.
