TU Delft Library

Need to relax after studying in a world class library? Just step outside and enjoy not only the serene environment but also the cool breeze that comes with water in the canal.

Over the years my fondness of this place dissipated. The number of seats is really limited during exam seasons, but that is just a state-of-life nowadays at TU Delft. But a lot of these seats are in the central cone area, facing a lifeless wall with your back against crowds of noisy students. Only having one toilet is also quite unacceptable, as it actually takes quite some time to reach there, depends on where you sit. Sitting on the slope outdoor in sunny days is amazing though, I'll give it that.

Hate to see it closed during corona times, whish more study spots were available

Very nice library, large space and different lights in different angles you can choose the spot you like. It really gives to desire ans motivation to study :)

Great to study during off peak times. The architecture is worth a visit! Best times to visit is Monday - Thursday and usually Friday evenings. Sunday is the worst to study because it is totally overcrowded. The coffee star has very good coffee though for just 2 € which is unique in Delft
