Super sad customer experience. Booked and pre-paid a room for May 2021, got green light after booking. Weeks later I received a message "You have to pay +400€, as there was an error in the System." No opportunity in following up 1:1, room just got cancelled. Understanding we all have to do business and earn some money, from a customer perspective that's SUPER sad.
Good, but rooms are very small
I chosed a small room with double bed. The bad is small. :(
The heating system makes noise....
At 1 o clock i the night was a strange noise from elevators...
Nice and clean room, polite staff. Nearby city centre.
Its a okay place for short overnight stay. Room size is just enough for a sleep. Definitely worth the money they charge. Would recommend if you wanna travel budget and just sleep there. Their special air circulating heating system didn't really work in my opinion. The whole night was a bit cold, but still not that bad.
