One of the nicer hotels I've been recently. The room was clean and tidy. The staff was amazing, they allowed food delivery and had plates with cutlery ready when you picked up the food in the lobby. Waiting time of the food delivery was extremely long and we asked the host to give us call after waiting downstairs for half an hour. Instead of giving a call he brought it to us personally with a nice present!
The next morning everyone could pick up their breakfast which was a big and tasty breakfast.
All of these things made our stay rememberable!!
Absolutely amazing. Hotel, room, service..! Everything. It was birthday of my son and we was surprised by decorated room with Disney painted mirrors and one more thing without paying anything extra. Because of snow hotel felt like one of this sky resort hotels. Peaceful. Thank you guys!
After a bad start, when I got my standard exterior room changed from one of super small size where you can cover in 10 steps with a small window view of waterfront to a normal standard exterior that face a building across a road-things just picked up! The front desk staff that do listen was super helpful, all smiles. Bed super comfortable, room super clean, toilet amenities sufficient in plastic free packaging, shower cubicle is big with nice water pressure with both tropical shower head and handheld. The staff manning the buffet breakfast were the same. Very good breakfast spread including hot food made on order like pancakes. Location is great next to metro. Harbor view is across the road, food hall next door etc I can’t wait to try the 2 floors family room - with Covid this one night away do give me the holiday feel.
What an amazing experience we had in RoomMate Bruno!! Took advantage of the week holiday and visit with my boys, everything was just perfect, from the friendly stuff, spotless room, awesome breakfast but the most important: we feel safe at all times seen how everyone follow the safety protocol, not only Hotel personel but also other guests. Can't wait to come back again to this beautiful Hotel.
Really nice hotel with a young, fresh atmosphere and modern style. The breakfast was tasty and they had a large selection. The rooms were clean and the frontline employees were friendly.
