Went as a family of five people, two beds were broken, there were holes in the wall, a ridiculous amount of bed bugs, the bathroom smelled like piss and looked dirty. The interior design was bad too, the walls looked old and the bathroom was a dark, boring green. The walls were thin as paper and you could hear the nightclub next door. There was no fridge in the room and only one tiny window, the room gave off a depressing vibe as the lighting was poor as well. Overall horrible stay, 0/10 would not suffer another stay here.

THEY HAVE BED BUGS. I SPENT ONE NIGHT IN JULY 2019 AND I HAVE BEEN BITE MORE THEN 100 TIMES ( no exaggeration) ; THE BED WAS INFECTED ! I HAD A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION! THEY WERE AWARE AND THEIR ANSWER WAS :''Bed bugs are a severe problem in 1 to 5 star hotels, offices, trains, planes, buses and so on. (...) We can offer a total refund of 45% of the room revenue. This is 45% x 65.00 Euro = 29.25 Euro It is the maximum we can do. "

Didn’t even get to stay because of their new 23 years and older policy that goes for everyone staying in the room not just the person booking. This was not at all specified on their website. Once we got there, they weren’t the least bit sympathethic, saying the reason for their sudden policy is because of some party that happened on their premisis. That has nothing to do with future guests. Terrible business. They didn’t even care that my SISTER was the one whose name was on the booking. We travelled far to get this bullsh*t. They didn’t even call to make sure that we were aware but were calling to see if we were on our way to check in. Highly inconvenient. Would not recommend. If I could give their service zero stars, I would!

The good: The beds were firm and not saggy. Plenty of towels The bad: The bathroom smelled like mold The ugly: Everything. Every painted surface needs a new finish. The light fixtures in the bathroom were cracked. Basically it's past glory that needs some remodeling
